The first bank in Slovakia has passed the Certification audit of information security
VÚB Banka, a.s. (Intesa Sanpaolo Group) as the first bank in Slovakia has passed the Certification audit of information security by the TÜV SÜD Slovakia.
Cybercrime is becoming an increasingly powerful tool in competitive struggle or in discrediting the organization around the world. For many businesses, it is necessary to deal with information security and learn how to effectively manage it. The latest approaches and best practices in data protection are summarized in the international standard ISO 27001.

TÜV SÜD Slovakia has audited VÚB Banka´s information systems and verified? if they meet the requirements of the National Bank of Slovakia's methodological guidelines. "With systematic approach we not only strengthen our information security, but we also declare continuous improvement in this area and minimize possible losses," says Vladimír Jančok, Head of Information Security at VÚB banka.
