We provide an independent professional technical supervision during construction and erection (checking the compliance with the design documentation including unfinished construction ratio and payment in the course of work realization) so that the completed building comes up to the expectations of the investment quality in terms of technical parameters, functionality and completeness.
Our organization offers to developers the performance of construction and technical supervision in the following scope:
- during negotiations with the designer (author´s supervision) and with competent state administration authorities (building office in particular) and with others involved in the construction (e. g. determination of the connection point for providers of underground services, removal of agricultural land);
- assessment of the project for the construction realization prior to the concluding of the contract for work (professional consultancy at concluding the contract for work with the contractor);
- monitoring of methods and proceedings of construction realization for ensuring safety and health protection at work, proper installation and operation of technical equipment at the construction site, professional laying of building products and materials and suitability thereof for the use, professional laying of machinery and equipment, proper keeping of daily construction records;
- is responsible for the compliance of the lay-out with the building documentation, for adherence to the general technical building requirements and is co-responsible for observing the terms of decisions concerning the construction realization, in particular land-use decision and building permit,
- supervision over the removal of defects revealed at the construction site;
- surveillance over the spending of financial resources and compliance with the project budget;
- assessment of changes to the construction (approval of additional work compared to the original project);
- acts as a representative for the developer at the state administration authorities (preparation of documents for the approval proceedings).
TÜV SÜD Slovakia s.r.o. performs independent inspections of buildings or parts thereof during preparation, realization and as well as after completion, covering both land buildings and engineering buildings.
The services are preformed in the scope requested by the client and with the aim to provide the clients with an objective and independent evaluation of the factual state of the inspected buildings.
Inspections are conducted during preparation, realization and as well as after completion of the building, in the scope based on the requirements of the client. The performance of inspections and inspections results must be in compliance with the justified interests of the client. Upon the client´s request the inspection service may include suggestions for solution of defects revealed during inspection as well as estimation of cost for the solution.
The performance of inspections, inspection results as well as consultancy, including estimation of costs for the solution of revealed defects, are in compliance with the relevant requirements given by the valid generally binding statutory regulations of the Slovak Republic and relevant technical standards.
